Capoeira for Beginner’s Course - $75

For students new to capoeira, our Capoeira for Beginners Course is a month-long course where you will learn the basic movements, music and philosophy of Capoeira Regional. You’ll have access to unlimited classes for a month to build your foundation. After you’ve learned the basics, keep coming back to sharpen your new skills!

The Sequência

As a beginner, you will learn "The Sequência", an 8-part sequence that consists of 17 basic offensive, defensive movements. The Sequência was created by Mestre Bimba and is the first method of teaching capoeira. This will allow you to learn and apply capoeira's rhythmic attack and defensive movements.
